Flexible Wire for Panel & Cabinet Circuits
H07V-K is a 450/750V PVC insulated flexible single-core wire for the internal wiring of control cabinets, switchgear and distribution panels. Its Class 5 fine-stranded copper conductor is easy to bend and route through confined spaces, while the unsheathed single-core construction keeps panel wiring compact. The standard range covers 0.5-95 mm².
ANPU manufactures H07V-K to EN 50525-2-31. The same basic construction appears as 60227 IEC 02 under IEC 60227-3 and as RV on Chinese specifications. When a project calls for a UK or regional equivalent, the same production line builds it to that designation’s own voltage, temperature and marking requirements — see the customization section below.

ANPU manufactures H07V-K to EN 50525-2-31 as the standard product line. Beyond standard production, the same single-core platform is built to order for the IEC, Chinese, UK or regional specification named on the project drawing, with the voltage class, insulation, temperature rating and marking adjusted where required.

Engineer & Procurement FAQ
The questions ANPU receives most often from panel builders, distributors and EPC contractors when a drawing uses another designation for flexible panel wire.
Are H07V-K, 60227 IEC 02 and RV the same cable?
They describe the same basic 450/750V single-core Class 5 PVC construction in different designation systems. H07V-K is the European designation under EN 50525-2-31, 60227 IEC 02 is the IEC reference, and RV is used on Chinese specifications. ANPU applies the designation and standard required by the order.
Are H07V K Cable and H07VK different products?
No. H07V K Cable and H07VK are common spelling variations of H07V-K. They do not describe a different voltage class or construction.
Is 2491X Cable the same as H07V-K?
Comparable, but the name should not be substituted without checking the size and standard. UK specifications use 2491X for a 450/750V flexible single-core PVC wire from 1.5 mm² upward. ANPU confirms the requested construction against the drawing before quotation.
Can ANPU supply NYAF, THW(f), VCm-70 or RK?
Yes, as made-to-order regional types. NYAF is used in Indonesian enquiries, THW(f) in Thai schedules, VCm-70 in Vietnam and RK in Nordic specifications. Each is built to its own local voltage, temperature and construction requirements rather than relabelled from a standard H07V-K order.
What is the H07V-K current rating?
H07V-K does not have one current value for every size. Current-carrying capacity depends on conductor cross-section and installation conditions, so the circuit load and installation method must be considered during cable sizing.
How do H05V-K, H07V2-K and Tri Rated Cable differ?
H05V-K is rated 300/500V. H07V2-K is used where a higher temperature class is required, while Tri Rated Cable follows a separate multi-standard high-temperature specification. ANPU treats all three as separate products, not as alternate markings for H07V-K.
